SWETCH delivered the structural and prefabrication design for the Gustav, Doris and Bodil blocks within the Bromstenstaden masterplan in Spånga–Tensta, one of Stockholm’s most ambitious residential redevelopments.
The project comprises 575 quality rental apartments. Our scope included load-bearing systems, stability concepts, connection design and prefabrication engineering, ensuring that architectural intent, production efficiency and long-term structural performance are fully aligned.
