Drivbänken is a 8 000 m2 six-story office block with publicly accessible verdant façade terraces – a local area of public garden. That is why the project demanded precise 3D modeling and tight coordination between Swetch, architect and prefab contractor.
This design sloped beams & cantilevered terraces in some areas required careful structural calculation to resist bending and shear loads. Also, loads in office and co-working spaces areas demanded that slabs accommodate live loads without excessive vibration.
